Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges on unworn/unmounted/unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Straps that have been mounted on a watch are considered to be "used." Exchanges can be made for any other item(s) we have in stock. If your original order was more expensive than your exchange, we will refund the difference (minus any shipping charges). 

Refunds are only for the actual amount that you paid for the item, inclusive of any discounts you received. A refund of your original shipping charge is not typically included unless certain criteria are met.

To make a return or exchange: please contact us through info@watchstrapson.com and include your order number in the email.

WatchstrapsOn accepts all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover) through this website. We also offer PayPal Express Checkout as an alternative payment method through this website. 

Order Addresses

WatchstrapsOn is not responsible for the accuracy of the address(es) you enter on your order. We ask that you please review this information carefully before submitting your order. Any orders that are not deliverable as addressed may be subject to an additional shipping charge in order to re-ship the package to a corrected address.

Billing information that is not a match to your credit card could delay or possibly be a cause of cancellation of your order.
