Antonio was great to work with. I live in the U.S. so I knew the transit time would be significant. After waiting three weeks from the ship date and two weeks of tracking the shipment with no movement, Antonio sent out a duplicate shipment (at his expense). When the straps finally did arrive they were great. They have the soft cotton texture I was looking for, not scratchy like nylon straps. Very comfortable and high quality for twice the price.
